Most orders come from Staré Mesto, Ružinov, Nové Mesto, Petržalka and Karlova Ves. It's the biggest market in Slovakia: it has the most restaurants and orders keep coming from lunchtime until late evening.
Peak times are lunch between 11:00 and 14:00 and evening between 17:00 and 21:00, busiest at weekends and when it rains.
The centre, Ružinov and Petržalka are flat and easy to ride by bike or scooter. For the hills of Koliba, Kramáre or Dúbravka an e-bike or a motor scooter pays off.
You don't need a driving licence for a bike or on foot. For a motor scooter, motorbike or car you do.
Typically €8 to €13 an hour before commission and taxes, depending on the time of day, weather and vehicle. You are paid per delivered order, not per hour. We take a flat 10 %, with no thresholds or fixed fees. See the full breakdown on How much a courier earns.
