Most fleets hide their rates in the FAQ and advertise the lowest number, which most couriers never reach. Here is our full price list plus a comparison with what others charge.

What to watch out for when comparing. When someone advertises "commission from 13 %", it usually means you actually pay 16 % until you reach a set volume. A weaker month, a holiday or illness and you're back at the entry rate. Always ask for two numbers: how much do I pay at the start, and how much do I have to ride to pay less.
Percentages sound abstract, so let's do the maths. With gross earnings of €1,200 a month:

Over a year, the difference between 10 % and 16 % is almost €900. With higher earnings, even more.
It's a legitimate question and it deserves an honest answer. We're a small fleet. We don't have an office or ten people on the payroll, so we don't need 17 % to make a living. As we grow, the rate stays — we plan to grow in the number of couriers, not in commission.
What you get for the commission: registration on the platform, paperwork, weekly payouts, gear at cost price and support that actually picks up the phone.
