From what couriers tell us, it is almost always the same four things:

• High commission — 16 or 17 % at the start and a lower rate only after riding a volume you can't count on.
• Long wait for money — payouts twice a month mean you wait ten days or more for what you have earned.
• Support that doesn't pick up. A promised non-stop line that in reality works on weekdays until four.
• Feeling like a number in a spreadsheet. Nobody knows your name, and when you stop riding, nobody gets in touch.

How the switch works

1. You get in touch

Fill in the application or message us on WhatsApp. Tell us who you ride for and under which form of cooperation. We'll get back to you within the next few days.

2. We handle the paperwork

We can handle transferring your registration on the platform and ending things with your previous fleet for you. You just sign what is needed.

3. You keep riding

We plan the switch so you have no break. You don't have to stop riding or lose income.

Common worries

Will I lose my rating on the platform?

No. Your rating and statistics are tied to your courier account, not to the fleet.

Do I have to end my current cooperation before contacting you?

No. On the contrary, get in touch earlier — we can tell you in which order to do things so you have no break.

Does it matter whether I am an individual or a sole trader?

No, we can do the switch in any form. If you want to change the form at the same time, we will go through what pays off for your earnings.
